This is an extremely successful service as our knowledge as long established estate agents makes us uniquely qualified to know where to look and which doors to open. Unlike relocation agents there is no registration fee and the charge of 1% is only rendered when we are successful in finding whatever is required and the deal is done.

Surveys & Valuations

We are very happy to give you an informal valuation of your property, which will invariably prove to be accurate.

However if you want something more weighty for a bank or building society our surveyor is recognised by all these establishments and will be glad to help.

Edward Ryde is one of the best (and nicest) surveyors operating in the area.
