The house was subject to a complete structural and cosmetic refurbishment overseen by renowned designers Barlow & Barlow. A focus of the initial design brief was bringing natural light into the house, combined with a sense of fun and colour. Having initially been on the market with a larger agent without success, Maskells was instructed as Sole Agent and achieved a sale.
